恩施地区健康成年人股骨髁几何学测量及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的利用数字化技术对恩施地区健康成年人股骨髁进行解剖测量,初步获取恩施地区健康成年人股骨髁数字模型数据和相关解剖参数。方法对正常膝关节进行CT扫描,应用泰锐工作站进行膝关节三维重建,测量股骨远端各参数,用统计软件分析处理,得出各参数的均值、标准差。结果建立恩施地区健康成年人正常股骨髁形态数字模型数据库,股骨髁内外径为(75.13±3.86)mm;股骨髁内外侧前后径与内外径比值分别为(0.78±0.09)、(0.83±0.06);股骨后髁角为(3.66±0.77)°。结论建立恩施地区健康成年人股骨髁几何参数数据库,为膝关节假体设计及临床全膝关节置换(Total Knee Arthmpasty,TKA)操作提供形态学数据。Objective To obtain the femoral geometric data of the knee joint of normal Tujia peo-ple in Enshi by digital technology.Methods The three dimensional digital model of the knee joint was reconstructed by using softwareTera Recon workstation after input of the data of CT ima-ges of the normal knee joint.The parameters of distal femur were measured.The mean and standard deviation of each variable was obtained by using SPSS.Results The digital models data-base of knee normal Tujia people in Enshi was established.The transverse diameter of the fem-oral condyle was （77.93±5.99）mm;the inside/outside anteroposterior to medial-lateral ratio of the femur was about （0.73±0.04） and （0.78±0.03）,the PCA was （3.66±0.77）°.Conclusion Ac-cording to the results, we establish a database of knee jointparameters of normal Tujia people in Enshi,which provides morphological data for the design of knee.and total knee arthroplasty.
