摘 要:随着经济的发展、城市规模的扩大和用电结构的改变,城市电网昼夜电力负荷差值越来越大。近年来各地区相继实行峰谷分时电价,很大程度上促进了商业用户电力移峰填谷的自觉实施,冰蓄冷技术因而得到了广泛运用。随着技术进步,冰蓄冷系统的运行费用逐步减低,又非常有利于电力系统需求侧管理,对电网安全、可靠、经济运行带来积极作用。本文就一商业建筑项目中应用的冰蓄冷空调系统工程与常规空调系统进行对比,从经济性、运行特性及对电网的影响方面进行分析,结果显示仅从用电量上来说冰蓄冷系统本身并不节能,但是利用峰谷电价,移峰填谷作用显著,是电力需求侧管理的重要措施。另外对于商业建筑项目来说,冰蓄冷系统的应用还可使建筑物的可用空间增大,经济效益显著。As the development of economic ,the expansion of city scale and the change of electricity structure, the load difference between day and night becomes more and more larger. In recent years, the policy of peak and valley price was implemented in some area, stimulating the commercial user to implement peak shifting and valley filling, so the ice storage system was widely used. and as the development of technology, the operating cost of ice storage system reduces gradually, and it is so good for power demand side management, the safety and reliability of power system. This paper Combined with a commercial building project which the ice storage system was implemented in, comparing the difference between it and conventional air-conditioning, analyzes the economy and operating and the influence of power system. And the result shows that if considering the power consumption only ,the ice storage air-conditioning system is not energy saving, but using thc policy of peak and valley price, the user can save so much charge of electricity. In addition the application of ice storage system can save the covering space of the building, economic benefits is significant.
