摘 要:在体验经济背景下,地方感成为了旅游学界重点关注的研究对象。同时,全球化趋势也在不断强调旅游地方性建设。两个因子相互关联,相互作用,意味着在宏观层面上要强调旅游的地方性,避免同质化建设;而在微观层面以及软环境建设上,学者要重视开展对旅游地方感的研究。据此,文章描述了旅游地方感与地方性作为两个概念的各自发生语境,探讨了两个概念之间迄今之所以呈现彼此分离状态的原因,建构了有意义的相互关联及其转换。并以镇江西津渡为例,应用文章讨论所得到的理论观点,提出有益于此类古码头遗产旅游发展的若干建议。Sense of place has become a hot topic of tourism research under the background of experience economy. At the same time, the globalization trend emphasizes the tourism placeness construction. The two factors are interrelated and interacted, which means we should emphasize the tourism plaeeness and avoid the homogenization construction at a macro level, scholars should pay attention to the place -attachment study at a micro and software level. Accordingly, this paper discusses the occurrence context of these two con- cepts, explores the reasons why up to now the two concepts have been in a separate state, the relations and transformation between these two concepts are constructed. Finally, this article takes Xijin Ferry of Zhenjiang for example, proposes some useful suggestions for the heritage tourism development of ancient wharf based on the theoretical views gained from the discussions of the article.
