平朔东露天矿半连续工艺系统的经济性评价

摘　　要：通过对比自移式破碎站-带式输送机-排土机与单斗-卡车-半固定破碎站-带式输送机-排土机(以下简称他移式破碎机)半连续工艺系统的投资及经济效益,得出应用自移式破碎机半连续工艺的经济合理煤层条件。同时对东露天4#、9#煤层进行分析,得出自移式破碎机半连续工艺系统应用于4#煤层经济合理。By comparing the investment and economic benefits of self-motion crushing station-belt conveyor-dumping plough and dredger shovel-truck-semi-stationary crushing station-belt conveyor-dumping plough semi-continuous technological system, the author obtained the economical and reasonable coal seam conditions of applying the self-motion crushing machine semi-continuous technology. Meanwhile, the article analyzed the 4^#, 9^#coal seam in east open-pit mine, and obtained that self-motion crushing machine semi-continuous technological system applied to 4^#coal seam was economical and reasonable.
