摘　　要：在处理和发展中日关系问题上,邓小平主张反对霸权主义是发展中日关系的政治基础,坚持"三个面向"是发展中日关系的方向。在现阶段,处理和发展中日关系应当以邓小平的中日关系思想为基础。With regard to the issue about the handling and development of Sino-Japanese relations,Deng Xiaoping held that anti-hegemonism should always be the political basis for the development of Sino-Japanese relations,and the adherence to the ＂ three facings＂ should be the direction for the development of Sino-Japanese relations. At the present stage,how to handle and develop Sino-Japanese relations should be based on Deng Xiaoping＇s ideas.
