摘　　要：法律语言具有特殊的风格特征。一个高质量的法律文本译文要在完整传递原义的基础上准确再现原文风格,同时实现语义和风格上的对等。UCP600的两个汉译本在风格再现上各有特点,不过同时也存在一些翻译的不妥之处。Legal language has its unique stylistic feature. A high- qualified translation of a legal text requires representation of the original style on the basis of completely conveying the original meaning,achieving simultaneously the equivalence of semantic meaning and style as well. The two Chinese versions of UCP600 have their own methods and characteristics of representing the original style,and there exist some defects in terms of style representation.
