超细硅酸锆在卫生陶瓷乳白釉中的应用

摘　　要：超细硅酸锆有更好的白度和乳浊性能,通过使用超细硅酸锆代替普通硅酸锆,可以明显减少卫生陶瓷乳白釉中硅酸锆的加入量。同等白度下加入量至少可以降低30%,从而可以达到降低釉料成本的目的,并可以提高釉面质量和光泽度。The superfine zirconium silicate has better whiteness and opacifycing performance than normal ZrSiO4. Using superfine ZrSiO4 instead of normal ZrSi04 in opaque glaze of sanitary ware ceramics, the ZrSiO4 addition can be reduced at last 30% in the condition of same white- ness. By using superfine ZrSiO4 in opaque glaze, we can save glaze-cost and improve the glaze-surface quality and glossiness.
