摘　　要：公安边防机动部队作为公安边防部队处置边境地区恐怖事件、突发事件、边境防控和各类重大活动安全保卫等任务的中坚力量,其战斗力的强弱直接决定着各项边防任务能否圆满完成。目前公安边防机动部队在队伍配备、指挥体系和军事训练等方面存在的问题制约了作战能力的提升,加强队伍和指挥体系建设,科学组训是提高作战能力的有效途径。As the core force of border - control forces, border - control mobile forces bear the responsibility to react to terrorist incidents, emergencies, border - control and security in all kinds of events. Its fighting ability decides whether or not it can fulfill their tasks. Currently, the problems with the soldiers formation, the command system and the training restrict the improvement of fighting ability. The efficient methods to improve the fighting ability are strengthening the construction of the team and command system and organizing training scientifically.
