武警学院思想政治教育专业实训教学探究

摘　　要：依据2010版人才培养方案的要求,武警学院思想政治教育专业设置了课内实训、实践技能性选修课、部队实习、毕业前综合演练等教学环节。为提高实训教学效果,组训教员要正确认识实训教学的地位作用,优化实训教学的内容设置,创新实训教学方法,完善实训教学的考评制度,拓展实训教学的广度与深度。Ideological and political education professional in the armed police academy bears responsibility for the public security forces in training high - qualified political cadres. The 2010 edition of the talent training scheme de- fines the set - up in class training, elective courses of practical skills teaching, the internship in army units, compre- hensive training before graduation etc.. To improve the effect of the practice teaching, training teachers should have the correct understanding of the role of training based on the reasonable design of teaching content, updating teaching methods, the use of scientific evaluation methods, expanding the breadth and depth of practice teaching.
