摘　　要：方言是重要的非物质文化遗产,建立方言博物馆是储存与保护方言的重要举措。方言博物馆展陈内容应以方言与方言文化为主,兼顾语料库建设与方言研究功能。非物质文化遗产保护工作对方言博物馆建设提出了更高要求,主要体现在方言文物采集、原生态保存、数字化资料储存、文化产品开发等方面。率先建立省地级中小型方言博物馆,是先期建设必要而有益的尝试。以山东方言博物馆为研究对象,制定布展策略,设计布展方案,是对方言博物馆建设工作的有力推动。Dialects are crucial intangible cultural heritage,and it is of great importance to set up dialect museums as a way to preserve and protect dialects. The items displayed in the dialect museums should mainly be around the dialect and the dialect culture,together with the corpora development and the study of dialect functions. A higher demand is placed upon the museums from the aspect of protecting the intangible cultural heritage,which centers around the collection of dialect heritage,protection of the original ecology,digital data storage,cultural production development and so on. To establish medium- or small- sized dialect museums of provincial or municipal level is helpful for the further development of dialect museums. The exhibition strategy design and the arrangement practice conducted in Shandong dialect museum will certainly push forward the construction of dialect museums.
