摘　　要：在新形势下，社区治安防范已经成为打击和预防违法犯罪的重要手段之一。在社区治安防范中依靠群众，已成为社区治安防范工作的一项重要方针。因此，应从社区治安防范中依靠群众的基本含义出发，分析社区治安防范中坚持依靠群众的必要性，最终在社区治安防范中贯彻依靠群众的治安方针，切实推动社区治安防范工作的有力开展。In the background of the new situation, the community policing prevention has become an important method for the security department to combat and prevent crime. After experiencing countless times repeatedly proven at all times, relying on the masses in the work of community policing prevention has been an important way to prevention work in community policing countries. Therefore, beginning with the conversion about the basic meaning of relying on the masses, analyzing the necessity of relying on the masses policy, ultimately implementing the security principle of relying on the masses, effectively promote the smooth development of community policing prevention work.
