摘 要:玻璃钢采油管柱在上下冲程时丝扣承受着复杂的交变载荷,现场使用过程中出现螺纹脱扣失效的问题。为此对玻璃钢油管螺纹的制作方式、制作材料及螺纹变形、受力进行了分析研究。为提高螺纹的密封性能和耐磨性,采用模塑粘接制作阳螺纹,采用磨制螺纹制作接箍。采用0.5%的表面功能化碳纳米管(CNTs)掺入到环氧树脂中,螺纹机械性能、耐磨性、抗疲劳性能能够提高70%以上。通过对玻璃钢油管接箍螺纹处的有限元应力分析,得出圆螺纹的受力情况好于梯形螺纹,玻璃钢接箍受力情况好于钢制接箍。因此,在井下玻璃钢管柱承受交变载荷的情况下,应采用圆螺纹玻璃钢接箍连接方式。The production tubing-strings of FRP tubing bear a complex alternating load in the up and down strokes,FRP tubing screw thread is easily failed in field application.Therefore method of threading and material of the screw thread are studied,at the same time,the screw thread deformation and stress are studied.In order to improve the strength and wear resistance of the thread,male thread is made by molding and bonding,and coupling thread is made by grinding.Tsurface function of 0.5% carbon nanotubes using(CNTs)is incorporated into the epoxy resin,its mechanical properties,wear resistance and fatigue resistance performance can be improved for more than 70%.Based on the finite element analysis results of the coupling thread of FRP tubing,it is concluded that the stress of round thread is obviously better than that trapezoidal thread,the stress of fiberglass steel coupling is better than that of steel coupling.Therefore the fiberglass steel coupling connection of round thread is used under the condition of the production string of FRP tubing that bears complex alternating load in the well.
