摘　　要：为使远海船舶的货舱信息方便有效地传输到陆地上,提出Inmarsat全球卫星的IsatData Pro短数据服务,并分析其在船舶跟踪与监测系统中应用的可行性。以船舶货舱监测系统为例,详细介绍该系统中用户终端系统的软硬件设计方法。试验结果表明:系统设计的卫星终端可将采集到的数据经处理后按事先设置的时间间隔传输给监控中心或货主。采集的信息包括时间、位置、航向、速度、湿度、温度、报警等。The IsatData Pro Short Data Service of Inmarsat global satellite is used in vessel tracking and monitoring system for ship to shore transmission of cargo information. The feasibility of IsatData Pro Short Data Service for the application is analyzed. The hardware and software design of the user terminal of the cargo monitoring system is described in detail. The system gathers information covering time, position, heading, speed, humidity, temperature, alarm. Trials show that the satellite terminal is able to collect and process data, and to transmit the data to the monitoring center or the owner according to preset time interval.
