摘　　要：中医认为,老年痴呆的发病机制多是由于久病耗损,年迈体虚,七情内伤等病因导致脏腑功能失调、气血津液输布失常,使髓失所养,或又夹风、火、痰、瘀、毒等病邪,致使脑脉痹阻、髓海失充,神机失用,脑窍失聪。治以滋养肝肾、益髓添精,兼以逐痰活血、平肝泻火等。郭立中教授从解表化痰论治老年痴呆以开表畅中为要,先驱太阳之邪于外,兼以降阳明浊阴于内,表里兼治。In the traditional Chinese medicine believes that,the pathogenesis of senile dementia,mostly because of rolonged illness,weak constitution,seven sentiment injury and other causes in the viscera function disorder,Qi,blood and body fluid disorders make the brain loss nutrition,or wind,fire,phlegm,stasis,toxin pathogen cause brain collaterals obstruction,encephala losing nutrition,and brain deaf. Treatment with nourishing liver and kidney,tonifying marrow and essence as the main method,and to expel phlegm and activating blood circulation,calm the liver and purging fire method. Guo Lizhong on the treatment of senile dementia patients from exterior-relieving and relieving phlegm method,main for open external and tonify inside,pioneer evil at outside of the sun,and with Yang Ming turbid Yin within,borh processing.
