中医从“湿毒”论治疾病的研究

摘　　要：中医湿毒理论的应用研究日益增多,湿毒致病的研究逐渐与现代医学的病理学相结合。不少医者提出从湿毒角度论治某些疾病,广涉中医临床各科,总结临床经验,探讨疾病发生的病因病机,阐释病理发展过程,提出以祛(化)湿解毒为法则,遣方用药,多有疗效。梳理近10年有关从"湿毒"论治疾病的文献,综合归纳现代医家的治疗经验和研究成果,以期为中医临床辨证论治疾病提供参考,为探讨湿毒致病机制的应用研究开拓思路。Researches on the application of wet poison theory is increasing. Research of wet poison pathogenic gradually combined with related understanding of modern medical pathology. Many doctors put forward treating certain diseases by the angle of wet poison,these diseases widely involved many clinical departments,summarized clinical experiences,in order to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases and explain the pathological development of the whole process,thus proposed to cooperate with the method of ＂eliminate dampness and detoxification＂as the guiding principle,guide the prescription and medication,has been proved to have good curative effect. Overview recent 10 years literatures that curing diseases by ＂wet poison＂,synthesis and induction of therapeutic experience and research of modern physicians,in order to provide reference for the treatment of clinical disease according to syndrome differentiation,expand and explore new research ideas for the discuss of the application research on the mechanism of wet toxic pathogenic.
