2014年广东省新婚人群婚前医学检查行为影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解在免费婚检政策下广东省新婚人群参加婚检的影响因素。方法 2014年4~5月采用随机拦截调查新婚人群共440人,调查主要内容包括：性传染性疾病和遗传性疾病的相关知识、婚检相关知识、婚检的相关态度,数据采用SPSS 22.0进行多分类Logistic回归分析。结果调查440人,发放440份问卷,收回有效问卷403份。与不准备婚检的人群相比,与已参加婚检人群有关的因素有：了解婚检项目（P〈0.01）、婚检无疼痛不适（P〈0.01）、认为婚检很重要（P〈0.01）、担心被发现有性行为（P〈0.05）。与准备参加婚检人群有关的因素有：本次结婚为初婚未育、认为婚检很重要、认为婚检可能要收费。结论加强婚检相关知识传播,提高人们对婚检的积极意义及重要性有正确的认识对提高婚检率有重要意义。Objective To understand the influencing factors of medical examination among newly-married couples in Guangdong province under the policy of free premarital medical examination. Methods A total of 440 people in the newly-married couples were surveyed by random intercepted.And the survey contents included the cognition of STD and hereditary disease,the knowledge and attitude of premarital medical examination.Classified multiple Logistic regression analysis and SPSS 22.0 were used for data analysis. Results Of 440 questionnaires sent out,403 were retrieved.Compared to the people who were not participating in the premarital medical examination,the influencing factors of ＂already known the items of the premarital medical examination＂, ＂ known there＇s no pain in the medical examination＂, ＂thought that premarital medical examination were important＂,and ＂ worried about to be found having sexual behavior＂ in the people who had the premarital medical examination had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;and the influencing factors of ＂first marriage and childless＂, ＂thought that premarital medical examination were important＂,and ＂thought they may have to pay for the check-up＂ in the people who were ready to take part in the premarital medical examination had statistical significance. Conclusion It is of great significance to strengthen the spread of knowledge for premarital medical examination and deepen the correct understanding of premarital medical examination.
