基于德尔菲法的血瘀证自评量表条目筛选

摘　　要：目的为制定血瘀证自评量表,筛选优化条目。方法采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,在前期研究基础上编制血瘀证自评量表专家问卷调查表,分别向37位专家发送3次问卷调查,并对问卷结果进行分析。结果第3次调查问卷发出12份,收回有效问卷12份,专家积极系数为100%,专家总体权威系数为83.7%,专家意见的总体协调系数W为0.334,P<0.05。量表分不同病位6个维度,删除3个条目,确定52个条目。结论专家代表性强,积极性高,权威程度协调性好,应用Delphi法对血瘀证自评量表条目筛选的结果可取。Objective Aims to formulate a self-rating scale of blood stasis syndrome and to sift and optimize items.Methods Delphi method was applied to this research. All questionnaires were designed based on the former research and distributed to more than 37 experts 3 times. The results of survey were analyzed. Results For the 3rd time,12 questionnaires were distributed and 12 valid questionnaires were received. The experts activity index was 100%,the general experts coefficient of authoritativeness was 83. 7% and the overall coordination coefficient of the experts＇ opinions W was 0. 334,P〈 0. 05. The scale was divided into 6 different dimensions of disease locations,3 items of which were deleted and 52 items of which were identified. Conclusion With strong experts representativeness,high activity and good coordination of authoritativeness,the result of sifting items of blood stasis syndrome by Delphi is available.
