摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市国家免疫规划疫苗接种率监测情况,为提高扩大免疫规划疫苗接种率提供科学依据。方法采用估算接种率、差值(D)和比值(R)方法对潍坊市2013年国家免疫规划疫苗常规报告接种率进行评价。结果 2013年潍坊市HepB、BCG、PV、DPT、MCV、MenA、JEV、HepA的常规免疫报告接种率均在99%以上,估算接种率分别为105.84%、91.72%、101.60%、102.23%、109.36%、102.70%、103.28%和92.79%;D值评价显示HepB、BCG、MCV、HepA为可疑,PV、DPT、MenA、JEV为可信;R值评价显示BCG为不可信,MCV、HepA为可疑,HepB、PV、MenA、JEV为可信。结论潍坊市常规免疫接种率监测系统总体运转良好,数据报告质量较高,接种率继续保持在较高水平。Objective To understand the status of routine immunization surveillance system,so as to provide scientific basis for improvement of its quality. Methods The surveillance data of routine immunization coverage rates reported in2013 were analyzed by the evaluation methods of estimated coverage difference（D）and ratio（R）. Results The basic routine immunization rate of HepB,BCG,PV,DPT,MVC,MenA,JEV,and HepA reported was all above 99%.The estimated one was 105.84%,91.72%,101.60%,102.23%,109.36%,102.70%,103.28%and 92.79%;The D values of the above vaccines showed HepB,BCG,MCV,and HepA were suspicious,PV,DPT,MenA,and JEV authentic;The R value showed the numbers of BCG was not credible;MCV,and HepA were suspicious;HepB,PV,MenA,and JEV were authentic.Conclusion The routine immunization surveillance system works well,with a high quality data report,and the coverage rate maintains at a high level.
