风湿6号膏方治疗急性痛风性关节炎

摘　　要：目的观察风湿6号膏方治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 100例急性痛风性关节炎患者采用随机数字法分为2组,每组50例。对照组给予西乐葆胶囊、秋水仙碱片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予风湿6号膏方(金银花、玄参、当归、黄柏等)内服,比较2组总体疗效及血尿酸、血沉、C-反应蛋白等指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率为84.00%,对照组为68.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组血尿酸、血沉、C-反应蛋白等指标与治疗前比较均有明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风湿6号膏方结合西药治疗急性痛风性关节炎,能降低血尿酸、血沉、C-反应蛋白等指标,抑制尿酸合成,促进尿酸排泄。Objective To observe the curative effect of the rheumatoid 6 paste on the treatment of the patients with acute gouty arthritis. Methods 100 patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups with each group of 50 cases. The control group was treated with celecoxib capsules and colchicine tablets for oral administration,while the treatment group was treated by the Rheumatoid 6 Paste（ honeysuckle,radix scrophulariae,Chinese angelica,cortex phellodendri） for oral administration based on the control group. The overall efficacy between the two groups and the changes of the laboratory indicators such as the blood uric acid（ BUA）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ ESR）and C-reactive protein（ CRP） were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84. 00%,while the control group was 68. 00%. There were significant differences compared between the two groups（ P〈 0.05）. After treatment,the laboratory indicators such as the blood uric acid（ BUA）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ ESR） and C-reactive protein（ CRP） of the two groups improved obviously than those before treatment（ P〈 0. 01）,and the improvements of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The Rheumatoid 6 Paste can further improve the clinical efficacy in treating acute gouty arthritis based on the conventional western medicine. It has better advantages in reducing the blood uric acid（ BUA）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ ESR） and C-reactive protein（ CRP） and does not have the obvious side effect.
