中医临床护理人员循证实践基本素质的现状与对策

摘　　要：目的了解中医院临床护理人员循证实践基本素质现状并提出对策。方法应用专家咨询法、问卷法调查了解中医院临床护理人员循证实践基本素质现状。结果中医院临床护理人员循证实践基本素质主要包括循证态度、循证认知和循证技能3个要素,大多数护理人员的循证技能需要进一步提高。结论临床护理人员整体循证素质提高要通过临床培训、实践锻炼和学校教育等几方面的努力。Objective To understand the situation of the basic quality of evidence-based practice of TCM clinical nurse and put forward the measures. Methods Expert consultation and questionnaire survey were applied to understand the situation of the basic quality of evidence-based practice of TCM clinical nurse. Result The basic quality of evidence-based practice of TCM clinical nurse includes 3 elements of evidence-based attitude,evidence-based cognition and evidence-based skills. The evidence-based skills of most nursing staff need to be further improved. Conclusion Clinical nursing personnel ＇s overall quality to be improved by several efforts such as evidence-based clinical practice through training,training and school education.
