益气方药对肿瘤疾病的免疫调节作用研究进展

摘　　要：益气方药所发挥的免疫调节作用可能是其抗肿瘤的重要机制。在固有免疫方面,可能与其调节巨噬细胞及NK细胞等的活性相关;而在特异性免疫方面,益气方药可调动机体潜在的抗肿瘤机能,可能与其可调节免疫细胞亚群有关。无论是肿瘤本身引起的免疫异常,还是化疗药物在治疗中造成的免疫受损,益气方药均可发挥较强的免疫调节作用。The immune regulation of nourishing qi herbs may be the important mechanism of its anti-tumor. In inherent immunity,it can be related to regulating the activity of macrophage and NK cells; while in specific immunity,nourishing qi herbs can mobilize the potential anti-tumor function of the body,which can due to its ability to regulate immune cell subpopulation. No matter dealing with the tumor-induced abnormal immunity or the damaged immunity in the treatment of chemotherapy drug,nourishing qi herbs can play the role of strong immune regulation.
