摘 要:渤海某稠油油田具有原油稠、油层疏松、泥质含量高、非均质性较强、埋藏浅及油水关系复杂等特征,出砂是该油田面临的主要问题。出砂主要影响因素包括泥质含量、含水率和粘度等,根据该油田储层粒度及流体特性,在裸眼优质筛管完井方式下,针对不同出砂影响因素,进行室内模拟评价实验,通过室内实验得出不同影响因素对出砂的影响规律,为渤海稠油油田防砂方案优化设计提供依据。Some heavy oil fields in Bohai Bay had characteristic of heavy crude oil,reservoir buried shallow,lose cementation,high shale content,anisotropy,complex relations between the oil and water,sand production was main problem for the oil field. Main affecting factor of sand production included shale content and water content,for this reason,this paper was based on size characteristic and fluid characteristic,belowed open hole premium sand screen well completion system, in view of different sand production affecting factor, proceeded lab simulation evaluating experiment, by means of laboratory experiment, obtained influence law for different affecting factor,provided the basis for sand control scheme optimization design of heavy oil field in Bohai Bay.
