摘　　要：地黄为玄参科多年生药用草本植物。地黄易受多种病害的侵袭,其中以病毒侵害最为严重,通常田间感染率达100%,致使地黄品种不断退化,直接影响种植者的经济效益。茎尖脱毒培养技术是获得脱毒植株的根本途径。该研究就目前地黄组织培养研究现状,从地黄组织培养中外植体、培养基以及外源激素等方面研究现状进行了综述,目的是为进一步建立和完善地黄幼胚再生体系和转化体系提供参考。Rehmannia glutinosa Liboseh is perennial herbaceous medicine plant of Scrophulariace~ family. R. glutinosa is vulnerable to many diseases especially viruses that usually infect plants by 100% and lead to serious variety degeneration and decrease economic benefit of the farmers. Shoot-tip culture in vitro is the most efficient approach to produce virus-free plants.The paper reviewed the current research situation and advance of tissue culture of R. glutinosa.Efficient systems of the R. glutinosa embryo culture and transformation will remarkably promote R. glutinosa genetic engineering improvement and functional genomics study.
