摘 要:跟骨骨折的传统手术方法有一定手术局限性,破坏了较大的局部覆盖组织,导致术后较多的并发症。随着对跟骨结构的进一步认识及微创技术的发展,如今闭合复位经皮撬拨内固定技术、小切口切复内固定技术、关节镜辅助跟骨骨折复位技术、外固定架固定跟骨骨折技术、球囊扩张复位跟骨成形术等日趋成熟。Traditional surgical methods for calcaneal fracture may destruct of a large local coverage tissue, leading to many complications. With the better understanding of the structure of the calcaneus, minimally invasive techniques have been developed as follows: closed reduction and pereutaneous fixation technique poking small incisions cut complex internal fixation, arthroscopically assisted technique ealcaneal fractures, external fixation of calcaneal fractures technology, balloon angioplasty, such as resetting the ealcaneus matures. Minimally invasive surgery for fractures show both advantages and limitations. Now the development of minimally invasive surgery in treatment of calcaneal fractures, clinical applications, surgical methods, application trends were reviewed in this article.
