摘　　要：我国历来重视精神文明建设,而高校是培养社会主义事业的合格建设者和接班人的重要阵地,在抓好各项工作的同时,也应把学校精神文明建设放在突出位置上。但在当前高校管理中仍存在诸多问题导致高校精神文明建设对实践层面涉及较少。The construction of spiritual civilization is always valued in China, and universities are the important places to cultivate qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause. So the spirit civilization construction also should be put in the prominent position. But there are still many problems in the current management of colleges and universities so it less involves in practice.
