摘　　要：李济球新著《国际产业转移与承接研究一以浙江为倒》广泛借鉴国内外已有研究成果，对国际产业转移理论作了较为深入而系统的研究。这本书有以下几个特色：一是体系结构较为完整；二是理论观点较为新顾；三是范倒分析较为深入；四是实证范例有代表性、典型性；五是本书运用国际投资学、国际贸易学、产业经济学和发展经济学等多学科知识和较为科学的研究方法。Li Ji qiu new book ＂International industrial transfer and acquisition research--Taking Zhe- jiang as an example,＂ Widely referring to the domestic and foreign existing research results, made a comparatively deep and systematic study of the theory of international industry transfer.This book has the following characteristics： First, the architecture is more complete; the second is relatively new theoretical perspectives; three is an example of a more in-depth analysis; four are positive examples of representative and typical; Five is a book by international investment, international trade, industrial economics and development economics and scientific research methods.
