摘 要:设计6种不同结构形式的颗粒帘换热器气体变径均流装置,测得各变径均流装置出口气流的纵向与横向分布及其流动阻力,并分析了入口气流流动特性对变径均流装置出口气流均匀分布程度的影响。实验结果表明:气体变径均流装置的流动阻力随出口气流均匀分布程度的增大而增大;变径均流装置出口气流均匀分布程度随入口气流Re数的增大而减小;5#变径均流装置出口气流纵向分布相对均方根值仅为0.072 1,横向分布相对均方根值仅为0.038 6,气流分布均匀程度满足实验精度要求,展现出良好的应用前景。Six kinds of uniform distribution devices with variable diameters in different structure of particle curtain heat exchangers have been designed in this paper.The vertical and horizontal dis-tributions of air flow in the outlet section and flow resistance of the devices were obtained,and influence on the uniform distribution of the outlet stream imposed by flow characteristics was an-alyzed.Experimental results showed that with the increase of the uniform distribution degree of outlet flow,the flow resistance of reducing uniform distribution devices increased,while with the increase of the Re of inlet airflow,it decreased.the vertical distribution relative RMS of the out-let gas flow in 5 # reducers was only 0.0721,and the RMS of horizontal distribution was only 0.0386.The uniformity of airflow distribution met the accuracy requirements of the experiment, which showed a promising perspective for the engineering applications.
