妇幼保健网络在不孕不育症防治体系中的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的:了解长沙市三级妇幼保健机构技术资源,探索利用三级妇幼保健网络开展不孕不育症防治服务体系的可行性,为双向转诊及卫生与计生部门合并提供数据支持。方法:采取统一的调查表,通过现场查看、与妇幼保健机构行政人员访谈及医务工作者填写问卷等形式对长沙地区市级、县区级及乡镇级妇幼保健服务机构的现况进行调研和分析。结果:在保障人力资源的前提下,各级妇幼保健服务机构均可在不孕不育症的防治方面发挥重要作用。乡镇级机构为不育症患者提供科普宣传及初步的检查与诊治;县区级机构提供病因检查及手术治疗;市级机构进行病因检查、分析、手术及辅助生育技术治疗。结论:利用妇幼保健网络建立不孕不育症三级防治技术体系是完全可行的。Objective： To understand the technical resource of maternal and child health care service institutions in Changsha,explore the feasibility of utilizing three-level maternal and child health care network for conducting prevention and treatment system of infertility,and provide data support for two-way referral and the combination of hygiene and human and family planning department. Methods： A unified questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the current situations of maternal and child health care service institutions at city,county（ district）,and township levels in Changsha by field investigation,interview with administrative staff in maternal and child health care service institutions,and filling questionnaires by health care workers. Results： On the premise of guaranteeing human resource,maternal and child health care service institutions could play important roles in prevention and treatment of infertility. Maternal and child health care service institutions at township level could provide popular science propaganda and primary examination,diagnosis and treatment; maternal and child health care service institutions at county（ district） level could offer etiological examination and surgical treatment; maternal and child health care service institutions at city level could offer advanced etiological examination and analysis,surgical treatment,and assisted reproductive technology. Conclusion： It＇s practical to construct three- level prevention and treatment system based on maternal and child health care network for infertility.
