摘  要:空心板条橡胶艉轴承是一种轴承端面具有圆形通孔的新型艉轴承,从结构上改变了橡胶轴承板条应力应变分布,具有良好的力学性能。采用有限元方法研究不同端面园形通孔数量、半径以及排列方式对空心板条艉轴承力学性能的影响。结果表明:空心板条轴承的最大应力应变值均随圆孔半径增大而增大,圆孔数量以4、5为宜,排列分布采用上排少孔和小孔直径,下排多孔和大孔直径方式,空心板条轴承的应力应变分布更为合理。The hollow batten rubber stern bearing is a new style stern bearing with circular through-holes on head face, for which the stress and strain distribution of rubber batten is changed, and the mechanical property is improved. The in- fluence of various circular hole numbers, radius and arrangement modes on the mechanical property of hollow batten rub- ber stern bearing was researched by applying finite element analysis method. The results show that the max stress and strain of hollow batten stern bearings are increased with the increasing of circular hole radius, and 4 or 5 circular holes are ap- propriate for hollow batten bearings. The stress and strain distribution of hollow batten stern bearings is more reasonable by adopting the arrangement styles that the above row holes on the hollow batten are designed with less and smaller diameter, while the low row holes are designed more and larger diameter.
