卧式密集烤房吹风与抽风助燃烘烤对比试验初探

摘　　要：为探讨卧式密集烤房不同助然方式的效果,进行了卧式密集烤房炉膛底部用鼓风机吹风助燃与烟囱底部增设鼓风机抽风助燃两种不同助然方式烘烤试验。结果表明,每烘烤一炕烟叶,抽风助燃比吹风助燃烘烤节约成本6.83元/炕;烘烤的干烟叶kg均价提高0.73元,每炕干烟叶重量按500kg计算,可增加烟农收入365元;如将一座卧式密集烤房的炉膛吹风助然改为烟囱底部鼓风机抽风助燃,只改变原密集烤房鼓风机助然位置,剔除改造费后,每炕可净增烟农收入357.33元。目前烟区基本实现密集烤房烘烤,改造具有较大的社会效益和经济效益。In order to explore the exhausting combustion-supporting curing method on bulk curing barns,blower combustion-supporting curing at bottom part of combustion and exhausting combustion-supporting curing at bottom part of chimney in bulk curing barns were studied.The results showed that the costs of exhausting combustion-supporting curing is 6.83 yuan lower than blower combustion-supporting curing for each barn of tobacco,it＇s increased the average price of tobacco 0.73 yuan/kg,totally increased 365 yuan for each barn of tobacco in account of 500 kg.It＇s easy to improve the curing barns from blower combustion-supporting curing at bottom part of combustion to exhausting combustion-supporting curing at bottom part of chimney in bulk curing barns,just only move blower installation,and finally increase the net income 357.33 yuan for each barn.Currently,almost all the curing barns in tobacco cultivation areas are bulk curing barns,the improvement can make great society benefits and economic benefits.
