摘　　要：谷子种质资源是培育优质、高产谷子品种及保障谷子生产的物质基础,因此,谷子种质资源保存的研究工作对保护现存谷子种质资源,防止谷子资源的进一步流失,具有非常重要的理论及现实意义。在分析我国谷子种质资源的收集保存状况及国内外利用形态学特征、细胞学标记、生理生化标记以及分子标记对谷子种质资源研究的基础上,对我国谷子种质资源保存工作进行了讨论和展望。Millet germplasm resources is the material basis of high-quality,high-yield varieties of millet millet production and guarantee. So,the work on preserving research of millet germplasm conservation which has a very important theoretical and practical significance for the protection of millet germplasm resources,to prevent further loss millet resources. This paper mainly introduces the millet germplasm collection and conservation status,study on millet germplasm resources for researchers at home and abroad by the morphological characteristics,cytological markers,biochemical and physiological markers and molecular markers.
