摘　　要：在法国,99%的居民都能用上供水管网的水,95%的生活污水得到处理。法国以水文自然流域为基本单元的现代水资源管理模式,取得了非常好的效果,其成功经验对欧盟水资源水环境的管理模式产生了很大影响。旨在通过介绍和分析卢瓦尔—布列塔尼流域水资源管理实践,了解法国流域水资源管理的模式,以期为我国流域水资源的管理改革和可持续发展提供有益借鉴。In France, drinking water supply network is accessible to 90% inhabitants, and 95% domestic waste water is treated. The modem regime of water resources management with natural hydrologic basin as unit in France has yielded gained good results and it has important impacts on management mode of water resources and aquatic environment in Europe. By presenting and analyzing management experiences of Loire-Bretagne basin water resources, this paper is aimed to provide clear insights into modem management regime of France basin water resources, and is expected to be helpful to management reforming and sustainable development of basin water resources in China.
