摘　　要：目的探讨对高血压脑出血患者及其家属实施个性化健康教育后对其服药、护理、生活依从性的影响。方法随机抽取2013-11—2014-06入院的60例高血压脑出血患者,选取30例为观察组,在常规护理的基础上对其进行个性化的健康教育;另外选取30例为对照组,只对其实施常规护理。治疗结束后,对比两组患者及其家属的依从性,包括服药依从性、护理依从性、生活依从性。结果经过个体化健康宣教护理后对两组患者的依从情况等进行统计分析发现,观察组患者的服药依从性、护理依从性、生活依从性等远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血患者及其家属实施个性化健康教育,可以有效地提高患者的依从性、治疗效果,对改善疾病预后也有很大的影响。Objective To explore the influence of individualized health education on the compliance of medication,nursing and life style among hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage sufferers and their family members. Methods 60 sufferers with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our section during December 2013 and June 2014 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group were given individualized health education as well as conventional nursing care,while the control group only accepted the conventional nursing care.And then after the treament,the compliance of medication,nursing and life style among hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage sufferers and their family members was compared and analyzed. Results Satistic analysis showed that after individualized health education,the compliance of medication,nursing and life style in the observation group was far higher than that in the control group,with differences of statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Idividualized health education on compliance of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage sufferers and their family members can effectively increase the compliance and treatment effect of the sufferers,which can exert influence on prognosis improvement.
