摘 要:新型高阶LLCL并网逆变器输出滤波器具有一个串联谐振支路,可以旁路开关频率谐波电流,减小电网电流谐波。针对LLCL滤波器二倍及其以上倍开关频率电流谐波衰减速率低的问题,提出一种新的LCLLC型滤波器拓扑;分析所提滤波器的谐振频率特性,并提出滤波器参数的设计方法;通过仿真和实验对LCL、LLCL和LCLLC 3种滤波器进行对比,证明所提滤波器不仅能够满足电网对高次谐波的要求,且具有较强的参数鲁棒性。A new high-order filter: LLCL filter can reduce the grid current harmonics due to the series resonant branch which can by pass the switching frequency harmonic currents. However, its current harmonics decay rate at twice and more as switching frequency is too low to meet the grid code. Aiming at the above problem, an LCLLC filter topology was proposed; and the resonant characteristics of the proposed filter were analyzed, then the parameter design method of LCLLC filter was proposed; Three kinds of filters: LCL, LLCL and LCLLC were compared, and simulation and experiment results show that the proposed filter can meet the grid code requirements at the high order harmonics and has the strongest robust for parameter variation.
