摘　　要：黄芩苷及黄芩素是中草药黄芩发挥功效的主要活性成分。本文归纳总结了黄芩苷及黄芩素的抗氧化、抗炎、抗微生物及免疫调节等生物学功能,以期为其更好地应用于动物生产提供一定理论依据。Baicalin and baicalein are major effective flavones in the root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.This article summarized the biological functions of baicalin and baicalein, including the anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-micro- bial activity and immunomodulatory to take reference for its further applications in animal production.
