摘　　要：随着扩招政策的不断推进,我国高等教育已步入后大众化时代,由此而来,高校毕业生的就业形势也日趋严峻。为此,高校帮助大学生科学地进行职业发展规划显得尤其重要。"九因定位、九路择业"的大学生职业导航模式遵循"分类管理,因材施导"的原则,帮助大学生从"自我、行业、区域"三方面分析职业发展中的"九种"因素,并遵从"学业、专业、职业、事业、创业"五业相互演绎的关系,帮助大学生找寻科学的职业发展轨迹,指导他们正确地投放自己的职业生命,最大效用地实现人生价值。Higher education has been in the post-mass-access time with practice of increasing Thus, undergraduates are faced with a tough job market. So it is essential for universities to help undergrad enrollment. uates make occupational development plans. This patter is oriented in guiding in accordance of their aptitude and sort manage- ment, following the connection among studying, major, vocation, career and entrepreneurship. It can help undergradu- ates analyze elements on impacts of oneself, industry and region, find the best way of occupational development and select a suitable career in order to realize the value of life.
