摘　　要：共青团学的发展需要深入的理论探究。《中国共产主义青年团职能研究》理论探讨深入,理论建树颇丰。主要表现在作者引入多学科知识开展综合研究,形成共青团职能结构理论;论证严谨,科学界定了共青团职能的概念、政治品质和基本特征;学术视野开阔,深刻揭示了共青团职能的理论基础、现实依据和国际借鉴;充分运用文献分析法,历史地考察新历史条件下研究共青团职能的重大意义。Communist Youth League study calls for profound theoretical research. Function Study of China Communist Youth League has enriched the study of Communist Youth League through deep theoreti- cal discussions and developments. The author has conducted a comprehensive study of muhidisciplinary knowledge and formed a Communist Youth League function theory structure. He has rigorously defined the concept, the political nature and basic characteristics of Communist Youth League function theory. With a broad academic vision, the author has comprehensively revealed the theoretical and reality basis and the international reference role of Communist Youth League function theory. Through literature analysis, he has also revealed the significance of studying Communist Youth League function under new historical con- ditions
