开喉剑喷雾剂辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察开喉剑喷雾剂辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效。方法：将80例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机抽样分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组患儿均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用开喉剑喷雾剂喷患处每3~4 h 1次,每次6~7喷,疗程5~7 d。结果：治疗组总治疗有效率为92.5%,对照组总治疗有效率为62.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组体温恢复正常时间（1.60±0.78）d,优于对照组的（2.75±0.75）d,口腔疱疹消失时间（4.81±0.71）d,优于对照组的（6.15±0.66）d,临床住院时间（6.1±1.3）d,短于对照组的（7.1±1.5）d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：开喉剑喷雾剂辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎可取得较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of Kaihoujian-spray in treating herpangina for children. Methods： Eighty children who have suffered herpangina randomly divide into two groups,the treatment group（ 40 cases） and the control group（ 40 cases）. The two groups both received the routine treatment,but the treatment group extra treated with Kaihoujian-spray spraying the affected areas one time every 3 to 4 hours,6 to 7 sprays every time,lasted 5 to 7 days. Results： There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate（ 92. 5% vs 62. 5%,P 〈 0. 05）. Body temperature returned to normal time of treatment group was（ 1. 6±0. 78） d,lower than the control group（ 2. 75±0. 75） d,oral herpes disappear time of treatment group was（ 4. 81±0. 71） d,shorter than the control group（ 6. 15 ± 0. 66） d,clinical hospital stay of treatment group was（ 6. 1 ± 1. 3） d,shorter than the control group（ 7. 1±1. 5） d,There was statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Kaihoujian-spray as an auxiliary treatment has significant effect in treating herpangina for children.
