摘　　要：关于提高农民工收入的研究,可以运用社会质量理论的四个条件性因素,即社会经济保障、社会凝聚、社会包容和社会赋权来展开。农民工收入水平不高制约社会经济保障机能,对农民工工资的拖欠消弱了社会的凝聚,与城市居民收入差距过大影响了社会包容性发展,农民工收入增长缓慢阻碍了其权能的实现。提高农民工的收入水平应努力落实农民工就业保障,提高农民工收入水平;增强社会凝聚力,解决农民工工资拖欠问题;建立健全社会包容体系,逐步缩小收入差距;实现农民工的增能和赋权,加快农民工收入增速。Research on improving the income of migrant workers, can start with four conditional fac- tors of social quality, namely the social economic security, social cohesion, social inclusion and social empowerment. Migrant workers＇ low income level restrict social economic security function, the migrant wages arrears undermine social cohesion, the city residents income gap affects the social inclusive devel- opment, and migrant workers＇ slow income growth hinders the realization of its power. To improve the level of income of migrant workers, we should make efforts to implement the employment security of mi- grant workers and improve the level of income, improve the social cohesion to solve the problem of arrears of wages for migrant workers, establish a sound social inclusion system, gradually narrow the income gap, empower the migrant workers and speed up the migrant workers＇ income growth.
