补益地黄丸中β-蜕皮甾酮含量分析

摘　　要：目的：建立补益地黄丸中β-蜕皮甾酮含量分析的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法,FORTIS-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液（16∶84）为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长250 nm。结果：β-蜕皮甾酮在4.24~84.80μg/m L浓度范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为97.78%,RSD为1.77%。结论：该方法灵敏度高、准确、重复性好、专属性强,可作为控制补益地黄丸质量的重要方法。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of β-ecdysone in Buyi Dihuang pill. Methods： The high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） system consisted of the FORTIS-C18（ 250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm） column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% Formic acid（ 16 ∶ 84）,the flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the UV detector was set at 250 nm. Results： The linear response range was 4. 24 ~ 84. 80 μg / m L（ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery ofβ-ecdysone was 97. 8%,and RSD was 1. 77%. Conclusion： The method is high sensitivity,accurate,repeatable and high specificity.It can be an important method to control the standard of Buyi Dihuang pill.
