摘　　要：在社区治理新政出台之际,有必要对居民的社区参与状况进行新一轮考察。调查显示,大部分居民愿意参与社区活动,不同群体的居民参与意愿趋同性高。居民的社区公共意识开始觉醒,但主体性意识依然不足。居民对社区活动的参与率有所提升,但总体参与度仍较低。参与群体分析表明,老年人参与度较高,中青年人参与度低;社区精英引领,大众参与度低;外地来沪常住人口的参与意愿和参与状况形成反差。有鉴于此,要吸纳外地来沪人员参与,扩大社区治理基础;创新社区参与机制,打造青少年发展空间;满足老年人需求,提升老年人社区参与质量。It is necessary to have a new round of investigation on the community participation of resi- dents when the new policy of community governance is going to be taken. The survey shows that most of the residents are willing to participate in community activities, and there are only small differences among different groups on this indicator. The residents begin to have community public awareness but still lack subjectivity. Longitudinal data comparison shows that the rate on community participation has increased, but the degree of participation is still at a low level. The participation of the elderly is much higher while that of young people low. The community elites play an important role in community activities but the pub- lic participation is low. As for the immigrants, most of them have the wish of participation but in reality the participation of them is much lower. In view of this, grants to participate, to create a community development of community participation of the elderly. measures should be taken to absorb more immi- space for the youth, and to improve the quality
