摘 要:全尾砂混合料搅拌技术是全尾砂膏体制备系统的关键技术,而搅拌机叶片的排列方式对混合物料的搅拌效果有很大影响.论文首先从搅拌原理出发,分别分析比较了叶片的单向正排列和单向反排列、单向排列和对称排列、对称排列和反向回转排列方式对搅拌效果的影响,然后,用数值模拟方法模拟出不同叶片排列方式的混合料流场,进一步论证叶片不同的排列方式对搅拌效果的影响.研究结果表明,叶片对称布置能够有效增加物料的搅拌次数,加强剪切运动和促进扩散运动.反向叶片区流场面积大,强度高,更有利于物料的对流运动,快速混合均匀.双卧轴全尾砂膏体搅拌机推荐采用反向回转排列方式.Mixing technology of total tailings mixture is the key to the preparation system of the total tailings paste,and the arrangement of mixer blades have great influence on mixing effect of mixture. The article based on the mixing principle,analyzed and compared the mixing effect firstly between positive unidirection arrangement and reverse unidirection arrangement,unidirectional arrangement and symmetrical arrangement,symmetrical arrangement and reverse rotation arrangement,then the mixture flow field of different arrangement of blades was simulated by numerical simulation method,and the influence on mixing effect in different arrangement was further demonstrated. The results show that the symmetrical arrangement of blades can increase the mixing number of mixture,strengthen the shearingmotion and promote the diffusion motion. In the reverse rotation region,the flow field's area is bigger and strength is higher,which is more conductive to the convection motion. It is recommended that the Horizontal Dual-shaft total tailings paste-filling mixer should adopt the reverse rotation arrangement.
