摘 要:为确保DNAN基混合炸药在铸装工艺过程中的安全性,以RZD-1炸药为研究对象,通过工艺安全性分析,获得了安全性风险因素及分类。利用数值仿真和试验测试,对炸药本质安全特性、相容性、热刺激等安全性影响因素进行了研究与分析。结果表明,炸药本质上是安全的,工艺过程中含能固相组分热损伤导致炸药本身机械感度的升高有限(≤40%),符合安全使用要求。装药在熔混和冷却凝固工艺过程中内部温升最大不超过3.5℃,不存在热爆炸的可能。由此证明DNAN基熔铸炸药铸装工艺是安全的。To make sure a DNAN based composite explosive safe on the casting process,the RZD-1 explosive was investigated as the object and the risk factors and categories were obtained due to analysis of process safety. By means of simulation and trial tests,the safe factors such as explosive substantial safety,compatibility,heat stimulating etc were observed and analyzed. The results came out that the explosive formula was safe essentially,the mechanical sensitivity( ≤40%) was competent for the casting process even if the solid ingradients in the formulation were damaged by heat,and the formulation met the needs of safe usage. The internal temperature rise in the process of melt admixture and condensation was less than 3. 5℃ all the time,that is,the heat explosion would not happen and the casting process of a DNAN based explosive was proved to be safe.
