摘 要:煤化工污水水质复杂,处理困难。重点阐述了煤焦、煤制油和煤制气污水的主要处理工艺。着重通过物化预处理、生物处理和深度处理三个处理阶段阐述了国内外煤化工污水处理技术的研究现状、发展趋势及工程应用,并着重分析各技术的优缺点。其中,结合青海某项目煤制气污水处理的实际工程案例,详细阐述了煤制气污水的最新处理技术。最后,对煤化工污水处理技术发展进行展望,提出强化预处理技术按照用水多元化、污水资源化强化生物处理和后处理技术,实现煤化工污水的近零排放。The characteristics of coal chemical industry wastewater were complicated.The treatment of the coal chemical industry wastewater were difficult.The main processes of coke wastewater,coal oil wastewater and coal gas wastewater were stated.The research situation,development trend and engineering treatment of coal chemical industry wastewater were also stated by the physicochemical pretreatment,biological treatment and advanced treatment technologies.The advantages and disadvantages were also analyzed of the technologies.The actual project cases of coal gas wastewater treatment in Qinghai were reported.Finally,the development of treatment technology of coal gas wastewater was stated.The pretreatment technologies should be intensified.The biological treatment and after treatment technology should be intensified according to water diversification,sewage resources,in order to achieve near zero emissions of coal chemical wastewater.
