摘  要:观察黄芪、丹参配伍提取物对高脂血症大鼠TNF-α-TNFR-PI3K信号转导通路的影响。60只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白组10只,余下造模成功后随机等分为模型组、阳性对照组、黄芪、丹参配伍提取物高、中、低剂量组,相应药物灌胃。28天后分别心脏取血检测血脂及取肝脏组织检测TNFR、PI3K、磷酸化PI3K蛋白的表达。结果:1)黄芪、丹参配伍提取物高、中剂量组明显降低TC、TG、LDL及Apo B,提高HDL、Apo AI;2)空白组、阳性对照组和黄芪、丹参配伍提取物高、中剂量组明显表达PI3K、磷酸化PI3K和TNFR蛋白。黄芪、丹参配伍提取物可以有效调节血脂水平,其作用机制与增强TNF-α-TNFR-PI3K信号转导通路表达有关。The effect of Astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhiza compatibility extract on TNF-α-TNFR-PI3K signal transduction pathway in rats with hyperlipidemia was observed.60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group 10,the rest of the rats were randomly divided into model group,positive control group,astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhiza compatibility extract high,medium and low dose group,the corresponding drugs.28 days later respectively to detect the expression of serum lipid blood heart and liver tissues was detected by TNFR,PI3K,PI3K protein phosphorylation.Results:1) Astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhizacompatibility extract high,medium dose groupsignificantly decreased TC,TG,LDL and Apo A I HDL,Apo B,to improve HDL,Apo AI.2) the blank group,positive control group and astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhiza compatibility extract high,medium dose groupsignificantly the expression of PI3K,phosphorylated PI3K and TNFR protein.Astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhiza compatibility extract can effectively regulate the blood fat level,its mechanism and enhance the TNF-α-TNFR-PI3K signal transduction pathway on the expression of.
