摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、衣康酸(IA)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体制备了DMC-IA-AM两性聚丙烯酰胺(AmPAM)。将制得的AmPAM用于混合废纸浆造纸,探讨了其对浆料助留和强度性能的影响,及与聚合氯化铝(PAC)复配使用的效果。结果表明,随AmPAM用量的增加,纸浆滤水性能略有下降,成纸强度提高明显;AmPAM与PAC复配使用具有协同作用,增强效果更明显。将添加过AmPAM的手抄片再次回用后,细小纤维留着率提高,纸浆纤维保水值提高了31.4%。Acrylamide,itaconic acid and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride were used as monomers to prepare Amphoteric polyacrylamide(AmPAM) in this thesis.The strengthening,retention and drainage performances in mixed recycled fibers were tested by altering the adding dosage and pH value.The water retention value and Zeta potential were further tested to explore the strengthening mechanism of the polyampholyte.The results showed that as the adding dosage of AmPAM in recycled fibers increased,the paper strength improved while the drainage capability of the fines decreased.Paper strength was the best when pH value in papermaking system was around 4 and meanwhile Zeta potential reached zero.Combining AmPAM and PAC adding as a synergy system in recycled-paper pulp,the strengthening efficiency was significant.Retention of the fines increased and water retention value(WRV) of refined pulp increased by 31.4%,when the paper containing AmPAM was reused.
