血清肿瘤坏死因子-α和白介素-6的水平检测在尖锐湿疣诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探析血清TNF-α和白介素-6(IL-6)的水平检测在尖锐湿疣疾病诊断中发挥的作用。方法:选择我院于2012年9月至2013年9月期间共收治的47例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究观察组,另外从我院随机抽取47名健康体检人作为研究对照组。测定两组患者血清中的TNF-α和IL-6水平并进行比较。结果:观察组患者血清中TNF-α水平(26.52±7.08)g/m L明显低于对照组(38.83±8.86)g/m L,对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者血清中IL-6水平(34.17±8.04)g/m L明显低于对照组(48.92±6.68)g/m L,对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尖锐湿疣患者血清中的TNF-α和IL-6水平是患者细胞免疫功能下降的一个显著特征,并且可以直接反映出患者此时细胞免疫功能的高下,为尖锐湿疣疾病的临床确诊提供了重要依据,同时还可以明确疾病的严重程度,应用效果显著。Objectives： To explore the application of serum TNF- α and interleukin- 6（ IL- 6） level in the diagnosis of acuteness wet wart disease. Methods： 47 patients with condyloma acuminatum in our hospital from2012 September- 2013 September were selected as observation group,another 47 healthy people from our hospital were randomly selected as control group. The serum TNF- α and IL- 6 levels of the two groups were detected and compared. Results： The TNF- α level in serum（ 26. 52 ± 7. 08） g / m L of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 38. 83 ± 8. 86） g / m L,with statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）; the level of IL- 6 in serum of observation group（ 34. 17 ± 8. 04） g / m L was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 48. 92 ± 6. 68） g / m L,with statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The level of TNF-α and IL- 6 levels in serum of patients with condyloma acuminatum is a prominent feature of decreased cellular immune function of patients,which can directly reflect the cellular immune function in patients,providing an important basis for the clinical diagnosis of acuteness wet wart disease,worthy of application.
