摘　　要：目的:探讨前列舒乐胶囊对前列腺炎患者症状指数评分及前列腺特异抗原的影响。方法:在我院就诊的60例前列腺炎患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予诺氟沙星治疗,观察组给予前列舒乐胶囊联合诺氟沙星治疗。结果:观察组患者总有效率为86.7%高于对照组患者的总有效率63.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者生活质量评分、疼痛症状、症状总分及整体总分低于对照组患者生活质量评分、疼痛症状、症状总分及整体总分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗8周后,两组前列腺特异抗原水平较治疗前均有所降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列舒乐胶囊治疗前列腺炎能够有效降低前列腺特异抗原水平,改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objectives： To study the effect of Qianlieshule capsule on the symptom index and prostate specific antigen of prostatitis patients. Methods： 60 patients with chronic prostatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group. Control group was given norfloxacin treatment and observation group was given norfloxacin combined with Qianlie Shule capsules. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was 86. 7%,higher than that of the control group（ 63. 3%）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,quality of life score,pain symptoms,symptom score and total score of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 01）. After 8 weeks of treatment,prostate specific antigen level of two groups all decreased,with statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Qianlieshule capsule in the treatment of prostatitis can effectively reduce the prostate specific antigen levels,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
