不同社会支持程度前列腺增生患者术后性功能状态比较

摘　　要：目的:观察及比较不同社会支持程度前列腺增生患者术后性功能状态,以其为干预及防控措施的制定提供依据。方法:选取2010年6月至2013年10月于本院进行手术治疗的180例前列腺增生患者为研究对象,将其根据社会支持程度的不同分为A组(高社会支持程度组)60例、B组(一般社会支持程度组)60例和C组(低社会支持程度组)60例,将三组患者术前、术后3个月及6个月的CIEF量表、CISFP量表及自我评估结果变化幅度进行分别统计及比较。结果:C组患者术后3个月及6个月的CIEF量表、CISFP量表及自我评估结果均差于A组及B组,B组则差于A组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:不同社会支持程度前列腺增生患者术后性功能状态受影响程度存在明显的差异,应尤其重视对低社会支持程度者性功能恢复方面的干预。Objectives： To observe and compare the postoperative sexual function state of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in different social support degree,in order to provide evidence for the prevention and control measure. Methods： 180 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated with operation in our hospital from June 2012 to October 2013 were selected as research objects,and divided into group A（ high social support degree group） of 60 cases,group B（ general social support degree group） of 60 cases and group C（ low social support degree group） of 60 cases according to the differences of social support degree. The CIEF score,CISFP score and self- assessment results of three groups before the operation and at third and sixth month after the operation were respectively analyzed and compared. Results： The CIEF score,CISFP score and self- assessment results of group C at third and sixth month after the operation were all worse than those of group A and group B; the results of group B were all worse than those of group A,all with significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The influence degree of the operation for the postoperative sexual function of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in different social support degree is obvious different and the sexual state of patients with low social support degree should be paid more attention and intervention.
