摘　　要：利用鱼骨图分析法,综合现有科学研究结果及相关政策,从人群、技术、政策、社会、环境、监督考核、经济、伦理等方面综合分析艾滋病预防策略影响因素,为艾滋病预防策略的实施、开展提供依据和支持,为遏制并扭转HIV感染/艾滋病的蔓延,实现千年发展目标提供有力保障。Using the fishbone diagram analysis method and existing research results and policies,the author analyzed influential factors of HIV / AIDS prevention strategy from the perspective of people,technology,policy,society and environment,supervision and assessment,economic,ethical etc,to provide support and gist for the AIDS prevention strategy,and contain and reverse the spread of HIV / AIDS,so as to guarantee the achievement of the millennium development goals.
